Statement of Work
Every project starts with a written SoW: scope, deliverables, timeline, and fixed price. The SoW is the contract. Anything not in the SoW is out of scope.
Payment
30% on signing the SoW. 70% on final delivery and written acceptance.
Delivery & acceptance
You have 7 business days after delivery to raise issues. After that, the project is considered accepted. Minor bugs found within 30 days of acceptance are fixed free of charge.
Intellectual property
All code, assets, and deliverables transfer to you upon final payment. No ongoing licenses, no lock-in. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
If we can't deliver
If we fail to deliver the agreed SoW, you owe nothing beyond the 30% deposit. That deposit covers scoping, planning, and work completed to that point.
Liability
Our total liability is capped at the total project fee paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
German law applies. Exclusive jurisdiction: Berlin, Germany.
